Quick and easy check in. Great to have elevator access as suites are on the 3rd floor. Relatively central location - walked to all main tourist attractions within 35 min or less. The property was ideal. The bed was comfortable and room facilities great. The air con was superb and a must in 38 degree temperatures. The staff I cannot fault. They were very helpful, friendly and went that extra mile by giving us a surprise bottle of wine having found out it was our wedding anniversary I highly recommend the property and would use again.

James was very pleasant when checking in. Our room was clean and spacious. Comfortable bed and pillows. Complimentary wine was a very nice touch. We stayed in room 2 and it was beautiful. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, refrigerator (cold for Italian standards) and it was in a great location. We were able to walk to Vatican City, Trevi Fountain and Trastevere. Breakfast in the room was a nice addition. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
