Muito confortavel a pousada, café da manhã excelente, boa localização e otimo atendimento. No entanto, o unico incomodo foi a obra que estava na piscina.

Como o Hotel é dividido em duas partes (luxo e simples) esperava ter restaurantes, mas se você opta por quartos mais confortáveis e bonitos, tem q sair do seu prédio e ir para o outro na hora do café ou para usar a piscina. Fora isso é excelente.

Tenho algumas observações sobre o quarto em que fiquei, a TV não funcionava e quando funcionava só pegava 3 canais e que não dava para entender o que estavam falando. A outra observação na porta do quarto está solta e não me senti segura em ficar ali. A 3 observação que eu acho que deveria ter e. Foi eu , meu esposo e meus 2 filhos. Sendo que meus filhos ficaram no mini quarto dentro do quarto onde fiquei, sendo que neste mini quarto acho que deveria ter uma TV TB pra eles. Pq se eles não tivessem celular eles não teria o que fazer dentro do quarto

Não gostei de nada,não tem estacionamento,os quartos não sao cheirosos,tomadas com fios aparecendo,a noite não consegui dormir pois tinha uma janela que ficava batendo.,tive que ir reclamar as 4:00 da manhã,café da manhã pessimo tudo muito racionada,em fim odiei.

A pousada possui uma boa estrutura, funcionários atenciosos, porém o café da manhã deixou muito a desejar em comparação a outras pousadas na mesma faixa de preço. Tinha pouca variedade e o que tinha estava frio.

Hotel maravilhoso. MT limpo, piscina limpa e os funcionários nota 10. Enfim tivemos uma experiência maravilhosa.

Achei que faltou organização, a entrada check in é às 13h. Chegamos às 15h o quarto não estava pronto. Tivemos que esperar 1hora para organizar, sendo que fomos com crianças e idosos. Todos cansados pois viemos de São Paulo, uma viagem longa e cansativa para ter que esperar. Café da manhã é bom, porém o espaço é pequeno, fomos em época de férias, lotado, tudo que ia pegar, acabava rápido. A garagem no aplicativo diz que têm , mas não pode usar pq não faz mais parte do prédio deles. Eu particularmente não curti a praia muriqui, Decepção total. Tudo sujo, praia feia .... só ficamos na pousada para dormir, não ficamos um dia lá em Muriqui. Mangaratiba é lindo essa praia não.

Não gostei de ser um prédio anexo ao principal,me senti insegura porque o portão do prédio dos flats não ficava trancado, nem mesmo havia o miolo da fechadura, ou seja qualquer um entraria no corredor dos apartamentos.
