We booked last minute but ridiculously overpriced. The shower backed up on the first night which I informed the attendant the first day and they did nothing about it. I literally had 3 inches of water over the bathroom floor. When I asked the front desk to ask someone to clean it, he said no one was available. I asked for another room and they said they were fully booked. The safe in the room was locked and unable to use it. Again I asked the front desk to have someone look at it and no one ever showed up. The refrigerator did not work, I informed the front desk and they did not do anything about it. No coffee machines in the room. When I asked the front desk about coffee he told me only during breakfast it is free. that is it 2.50 euros. yet other guest were drinking it without paying. I witnessed it. So basically - they took FULL ADVANTAGE of the "American" knowing we had no other choice. STAY AWAY !! I get I booked last minute but HIGHWAY ROBBERY- never again.

picture and reality doesn't match
In the picture look better than reality, elevator didn't work, dirty carpet, condition of some furnitures damaged, the bathroom fine and clean. But the area too far from the center and looks a little bit dangerous

We loved our room with two large beds in separate spaces. This hotel has nice finishes, yet the walls and carpet could use a refresh. The bathroom is spacious and the shower is comfortable. Our favorite for the nice, cold air conditioning!

Not particularly welcoming at the reception. Insisted that breakfast was included in our package despite us questioning about it. Told us to just show them the card to the staff to claim for breakfast each morning. They ended up charging us for the breakfast when we checked out of the hotel. Otherwise, room was clean and tidy and comfortable for its value.

Very comfortable large room in the hotel deluxe. Friends stayed in the standard accommodation which was far inferior. Prices aren’t so different - 100% worth paying a little extra.

Stayed for 5 days. Two days there was no water in the morning. Not only no hot water, but literally no water at all. The cleaning staff has to share the only elevator. Every morning, they completely fill it with towel carts and prevent anyone from using it. This is more problematic as it is the only access to the parking garage. It is a small elevator with a capacity of 4 or 5 people (or two towel carts). There are no phones in the rooms so reaching the front desk requires you to physically go there. There are few restaurants nearby and parking is scarce. All other aspects of the hotel were acceptable.

Enjoyed our stay
The staff was wonderful. The accommodations were good, as our room (4 person room with 2 kings/4 twins) had tons of space and the bedding was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was HUGE and very nice. Downsides were that the wallpaper and flooring was clearly showing its age, and the location of this hotel wasn't great. It was basically in a residential neighborhood away from any restaurants or commerce.

We didn't stay, we're afraid to leave the car. There was no parking available. I felt we we're in war zone. Drove three hours back to family's apartment. Couldn't recommend for Americans. Very disappointed! I don't have any idea how they received such a high review.

Don't judge a book by its cover
This hotel is very comfortable and clean. 'Don't judge a book by its cover' applies to this one - the area is deceiving. The hotel, our room, and the service were wonderful. Easy parking. AC in the room! Employees that were willing to help us find our way around the city. Breakfast available on site. Definitely recommend!

The room was small... to get to the deluxe room. Y stairs you have to exit the building and use a spiral metal stair case to the 3rd floor.. parking is terrible and in a sketchy part of town... stay away from this hotel.. not worth it. It was awful..
