Great location and amazing service. Breakfast is great and pool area is nice and clean. Rooftop bar was fun with great views. Rooms are a bit outdated and we had an issue with our shower not draining but they eventually switched our room. I don't know why, but my reservation was not informed properly. That's why it took 20-30min to complete check-in. Staff at breakfast was not good. One of young lady apparently does not know how she treats the guests, which made feel bad. Other points were good.

Hmmm...paid extra to stay on a higher floor/ nicer twin room...only to be put next to a screaming child in next room ( sound recorded)...called reception to change room, after an hour moved to other side of the same floor, yet on the other side of screaming child, we checked the Fire escape map, it seems reception have no idea of floor plans. New room change, same floor, nicer view. Breakfast buffet was incredible. Location perfect .
