Eco-Profiteering has to stop
Overall hotel is alright, I have stayed there many times over the years but will likely explore other options in future visits for the following reasons: 1. Guests need to BRING THERE OWN TOOTHBRUSH, and if they forget or don't read the fine-print, they need to BUY one for around $5 - this is just blatant eco-profiteering and really annoys me. Soaps are also now in large dispensers which gives the place more of a motel feel. 2. The dinner buffet from 6-9pm is excellent. I travelled with my family, and upon arrival tried to make reservations. Front desk told me the whole night was booked solid and there was no chance for us to go. Disappointing as no real other good options locally. We went up to look at 7:30 and half the restaurant was empty.

대전 롯데 시티호텔은 위치 때문에 매번 가긴 하지만, 항상 룸 내부 시설중 서너부분 정도가 고장이 나있음. 사소하지만 짜증나는 잔고장들이 관리가 안되는듯함. 또 주차장이 매우 아쉬움. 그 외 위치, 청결도, 직원 친절도, 호텔 내 씨카페 등은 훌륭함.
