We especially enjoyed the dining and the entertainment. Also, the staff were so friendly and made an effort to learn our names. Specifically, Benedicto in the Aroma restaurant as well as Roy the bellman.

The resort was amazing. The buffet was really good. The activities were very inclusive so if you are shy don’t worry. I will definitely be coming again. Shoutout the boy Johny for making the activities fun and all the staff for making our stay a 10/10.

Great staff and amenities. Only thing was the seaweed smell was terrible. Other than that I don’t have any complaints.

Overall I would stay here again. Food was ok, access to the other property restaurants was a nice option. Staff was friendly, and very helpful. Loved all the wildlife we were able to see while there. Had a great time with all the different classes and activities they offer. Best of all no kids at this property!

All top notch, super friendly and helpful stuff, great food, - only one thing - during my one week stay I had a chance to eat fresh avocado only once - during Mexican dinner - very strange - no avocado in Mexico, Except that, all 5 stars !!!! Can’t wait to come back

Property was a little older but still kept up quite nicely. The staff were very nice and helpful. The food was very good at all the restaurants! The seaweed/ its smell made the beach unusable unfortunately but the resort was doing what they could to clean the beach. The pools were great so even without the beach you could still have a very enjoyable and relaxing time

The resort was beautiful. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The bellman even remembered who we were after one time ( he took our luggage to room). This was our second time staying there.

10/10 Exceptional

This resort exceeded expectations in all the right ways. The grounds and rooms were impeccably clean, and the staff created a warm, friendly atmosphere throughout the stay. Dining options were solid, with consistently good food. The standout feature was definitely the swim‑out rooms, beautifully designed and especially enjoyable when connected to the main pool. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable getaway.
