Great location for shops and kaiser Wilhelm memorial church. Rooms clean but overall the hotel feels tired. Breakfast nothing to write home about, especially at €19. Staff pleasant and helpful. Good food at Al Capone Italian restaurant, especially the pizzas!

Great hotel large spacious room. Very clean and comfortable and the themed areas and rooms is very well done also close to trains (less than 10 minutes walk). Area surrounding hotel was very nice and personally I’d throughly recommend a nearby restaurant Ali babas for dinner excellent staff and food. Next time visiting Berlin I’d definitely use this hotel 10/10. Very pleased we chose this hotel for our stay.

Don‘t miss the breakfast!
Staying here already several times. The standard room is good, offers enough space and offers the necessary items for a comfortable stay(safety box, small ref, water heater…). Absolutely good standard comparable with other 4 star hotels. What makes the big difference is the fantastic breakfast provided. Staying in many hotels of this glass around Europe I know what I am talking about. The selection is very big, offering everything- from sparkling wine (which I don‘t consume) to big choice of bread, cereals, fruits, vegetables, eggs, and, and, and… Don‘t miss it, it’s definitely the deciding benefit to choose this hotel in Berlin. The place right on the major shopping street Ku‘Damm is also a big advantage.

Hotel at all was good. The room was little but clean. Breakfast buffet was very good for the price. But originally we we booked the hotel for the spa and gym. But the gym equipment wasn’t working well. The massage treatments are very expensive. And the sauna was to complicate to get.

Very good place to stay, marvelous breakfast
After several comments on past visits in German, now a comment in English: we already stayed several times in this hotel in the center of the western part of Berlin. We are coming back here always because the overall product is convincing. The rooms are named after movie artists and provide everything expected in a 4 star hotel. The rooms are furnished accordingly, the beds are back-friendly, our premium room provides us also with a bathtub and the free wifi is fast enough. Not to forget is the very good breakfast provided and you should not miss it as it offers a big choice not usually found in other hotels of this category. The prices are reasonable, the staff helpful and friendly. All-in-all a absolutely recommendable hotel!

Wonderful breakfast. Good size room, lovely bathroom, nice main beds. The children thought the bed/couch was hard. The information about parking should be better. But when we got room in the parking garage, it was nice - even though they at checkout first tried to charge us for 4 nights (it was 3, no room first night, paid for private parking in the back yard), when we already had paid for the parking… Children liked the rooms and the theme. Wi-Fi was sadly not much to brag about. But we loved the location and would recommend the hotel

arrived on Sunday - there is no water and no place to buy it except for the vending machine in the lobby. that is if you have the coins. I did not. Reception was no help. they should put water in the rooms - charge for it, but put it in! one person for 2 stations in the reception. the key needed to be recharged several times - standing on line to do that...

Ein schönes Hotel in einer perfekten Lage. Ich war schon häufig dort und komme immer wieder. Stellenweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es wird sich immer Mühe gegeben und ausgebessert und manchmal muss man auch ein Auge zu machen, was auch zum Teil die Sauberkeit betrifft. Ich denke aber dass es schwer ist heutzutage gutes Personal zu bekommen, was auch noch bleibt. Dafür haben sie dort das beste Frühstück, was mich auch immer wieder dazu bringt, dieses Hotel zu buchen, sowie einen kleinen Fitnessraum und eine Sauna, perfekt um nach einem langen Tag zu entspannen. Ich komme wieder
