Overall good, but lacking on the service side
Overall, my stay was a good experience. The hotel location is very convenient, and one of the staff members helped with recommendations for tourist attractions. However, unfortunately, I did not receive the most welcoming vibes from the staff in the lobby as I entered and exited the hotel. If this were a lower priced, mid-quality hotel, I would say that the service was fine. However, I had a much higher expectation of this hotel experience and was sadly disappointed.

Nice boutique hotel in Central New York. Room was small but nicely equipped with a number of nice touches. Service was friendly. One of the few hotels with an outdoor terrace as well as a roof top bar. Enjoyed staying there and would stay again.

Fabulous stay while in NYC
Was in the hotel for a night. It was small but clean. Location was near from the Penn station and also from my attractions. Staffs were super friendly, nice and very accommodating. Bed was huge and comfortable. View was just "Wow". Loved it all and will go back and stay at the same place again.
