Falta simpatia, cortesia e gentileza

A minha recepção não foi das melhores, faltou simpatia e gentileza no tratar de um hóspede. Depois de já instalada, houve um episódio com o veículo em que eu estava. Em nenhum momento as pessoas que trabalham na pousada alertaram sobre o funcionamento do portão da garagem onde eles indicam que deixemos o carro estacionado e ao sair uma das vezes, o potão fechou automaticamente atingindo a lateral do veículo. E ao constatar o fato o funcionário da pousada prontamente alegou que o erro era do condutor, pois o portão era automático. Isso é uma coisa muito importante que deve fazer parte do speech de boas vindas, mas nem boas vindas houve, já era de se esperar que não dessem todas as informações necessárias. Lamentável! Não indico, não recomendo.

Péssimo Atendimento dos proprietários!

Os proprietários não tem o mínimo tato para lidar com o cliente. Tanto o proprietário quanto a proprietária não foram nem um pouco receptivos, e em certo momento acreditei que estava fazendo um favor a eles por estar hospedado lá. Fomos tratados com indiferença, indelicadeza e falta de educação. Nos arrependemos de ter ficado neste lugar!! Não voltaremos!!

Ambiente aconchegante

Encontramos exatamente o que precisávamos. O local foi excelente, os proprietários muito atenciosos e prestativos, nos sentimos em casa.
