Great stay
Very nice one night stay in this lovely hotel. Checked in early morning after cruise and front desk staff was very friendly and helpful in keeping luggage for us until room was ready at check-in time. We had the breakfast buffet which was very plentiful and varied and included a chef who made eggs cooked to order and pancakes or French toast too. Very good. Location was perfect for exploring all the sights in Rotterdam. Room was very clean and spacious on floor 7 facing the water. Would definitely choose this hotel again.

Disappointing stay.
I have stayed at this hotel several times before and have had a good experience. However on this occasion I was quite disappointed. The pool was closed during the whole of our stay and the service in the restaurant was unbelievably slow. There was also a terrible smell of sewage/drains in the reception that I could also smell every now and again in my room. I’m visiting in a couple of weeks - hoping that this was just a one-off.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Lovely clean room with everything we needed , iron, hairdryer fridge and tea making facilities. Our room had a sauna and hot tub which was just perfect after a long day sightseeing. Very quiet rooms so got a great sleep . Staff were super friendly and helpful especially Mr Riaz the lovely porter. Breakfast was great with lots of choice, the omelette station was perfect.
