Good price, reek of cigarettes
For the price, the room was comfortable and clean. However, even if the building is entirely smoke free, our floor and room has a bad cigarette stink. Breakfast was ok. Location is very good, near a metro station and a lot of restaurants and stores.

It is a good, safe, medium-sized hotel in an interesting neighborhood. Plus it is close to the subway. The staff are the best part of the hotel. They are polite, friendly, efficient and reliable. They work very hard for the guests. They also speak excellent English. The staff are the best feature of this hotel. Shoutouts to Rodrigo and Oliver who were so helpful and worked do hard.

Underwhelming and meh
I checked in to find a card on my bed asking for a tip. Bad first impression I have to say. I am not opposed to tipping but there has to be a service done. Why would you just ask for money when you literally haven’t done anything? Leave a water bottle or something at least. The room was the size of a closet and the fan/ac unit did not work. At least the front desk wasn’t bad. The girl working was nice. Silver lining right?

Hotel com excelentes acomodações, com o padrão Ibis que encontro no Brasil. Duas coisas chamaram a atenção: falta de um frigobar e falta de flexibilidade de entrada para o checkin. Santiago em Janeiro é muito seco e seria muito bom ter um frigobar no quarto, algo que existe no Ibis no Brasil. O hotel não estava lotado e, mesmo assim, só nos deixaram entrar no quarto as 15:00.

Bom atendimento e ótima localização.
O atendimento no check-in foi excelente, com uma equipe muito educada. O hotel é bem localizado e o apartamento segue o padrão Ibis, mas o banheiro precisa de mais cuidado na área do banho, pois as paredes estavam com lodo. O café da manhã é bom, e a localização é um ponto forte.
