Hotel staff very nice and the room was clean, walking distance to Milan center around 20 something for us , car space parking very challenged and limited.

This is a very basic, not luxury, property, but that staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating during my entire stay. They helped with information, getting a taxi, grabbing a quick espresso before starting out for the day. I highly recommend the place because of the staff. Room was small but comfortable. Great hotel, wonderful breakfast, public transport at the front of the hotel ( bus 92 to Milano Centrale 10 min ) , nice and helpful staff, good size of the room, with a spacious bathroom. Only thing: pillows too hard for us, and the mattress need to be replaced. Supermarkets around, secure zone to walk at night. Excellent choice to stay at Milan

A privately owned business, who have maintained front desk and rooms well, bathrooms need improvement as water in basin and bidet was clogging. Overall pretty small size rooms. Breakfast was good. Getting from central train station is about 25-30 min walk.

A Good Budget Hotel
When I booked our trip I did not realize it was International Design Week so prices in the center city were sky high. So I found this hotel about a mile away. But it's fairly close to a couple of Metro stations. I would describe it as a "budget" hotel in terms of the room size, amenities, and overall condition. However, I will say that the staff were extremely helpful and tried very hard to please us. And the breakfast was exceptional. So although this was not my first, second or third choice, it was still a very nice stay. The only thing I would criticize is the shower in our room; it was one of those quarter-round showers. My wife could not shave her legs. But overall, a nice option.
