The room was clean but it's a little old. Location is great considering it's walkable distance to the train station. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Great service and very nice people.

Corner coffee nice. I’m on train a lot so easy for that. Walk to train for tram. Bus in front. Train to Monaco. And train bus to st tropez. Staff very nice. I’m so busy only went out one night. Solo traveler but people are always walking to train station. No elevator but ac a plus.

Value for money was relatively good. We booked at short notice due to alternative plans falling through. The room was very basic but had a really nice bathroom, air conditioning, blackout blinds and was really accessible. If you are looking for luxury, probably avoid. But for convenience at a reasonable price it’s definitely worth considering.

It was very noisy - no sound proof walls or doors, so very difficult to sleep. Lots of stairs to the rooms. Did not use the air conditioner so don’t know if it worked. First room I was shown to had not been cleaned but then I was upgraded to a bigger room straight away which was good. Bar fridge was great and access to microwave. I would say it was good value for money, if you are out late and can sleep through noise from neighbours.

Bra rum på entréplan och bra luftkonditionering. Bodde 6 nätter och hade ett rum mot gården så väldigt tyst. De städade rummet varje dag. Det fanns kylskåp på rummet. Kändes tryggt som soloresenär. Hotellet ligger nära tågstationen. Bagerier i närheten och även olika bussar för att ta sig till havet.

Hôtel bien situé sur la route de la gare de Nice et proches des transports. La Promenade des Anglais est accessible rapidement à pieds. Pas de buffet de petit déjeuner proposé mais de nombreuses boulangeries permettent de prendre du café et jus à proximité. L'établissement est très bien tenu.

A acomodação é razoável. A recepção deixou a desejar.....na minha chegada, realizei um pagamento no valor de 100 euros, como garantia da minha estadia, ocasião em que a recepcionista afirmou que seria devolvida no check- out. Não fui ressarcida do valor e já tentei contato através de chat e fui orientada a fazer a solicitação através de email. Já solicitei o email para mandar minhas informações para remessa e não fui atendida. Necessito do email do HOTEL EVELIAS

Séjour catastrophique. Nous sommes restés deux nuits et l’expérience a été vraiment horrible. Les draps n’étaient clairement pas changés et la couverture était trouée et sale, ce qui est totalement inacceptable pour un hôtel. L’établissement sentait fortement la cigarette, que ce soit dans les couloirs ou dans la chambre. L’accueil a été encore pire. Le monsieur à la réception nous a fait attendre presque une heure en disant qu’il ne trouvait pas notre réservation. Finalement, il l’a retrouvée, mais son attitude a été extrêmement désagréable et arrogante, il nous parlait constamment de haut. Concernant la caution, il nous avait clairement annoncé 100 € au départ. Quand je lui ai rappelé ce qu’il avait dit, il a changé de version et m’a affirmé qu’il n’avait jamais dit ça, sur un ton très agressif, en ajoutant qu’il ne travaillait pas pour moi. Au final, il nous a demandé 200 € de caution. À ce jour, cette caution ne nous a toujours pas été rendue et je dois courir derrière eux pour essayer de la récupérer. Honnêtement, entre le manque d’hygiène, l’odeur de cigarette et l’attitude irrespectueuse du personnel, je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel.

Chambre petite, lavabo qui bouge (support non adapté). Les fils électriques qui apparaissent au niveau de la clim. Pas de serviettes de toilettes ni tapis de sortie de bain. J'ai dû redescendre demander à la réception > serviettes mais pas de tapis : tant pis. Et de nombreuses coupures de courant !
