Wonderful place.
We had a view of the city and the window. All the staff were awesome. Amazing location. No fridge but they chilled out wine for us. You can pay for Parking or just find it on the outside and walk in. If you like to get an early start get breakfast at the hotel as nothing opens before 10 in town.

Loveky stay in St Emilion
Great little hotel in the middle of St Emilion, rooma are perfect size and clean with air conditioning. We also had the breakfast which was perfect. This is my second time staying in this hotel and will return again! The guy who worked reception/breakfast was really nice and helpful 👍

We had to pay 25 E for parking which was outrageous for one night. We were not told it had a cost attached. We asked for twin beds and got a double so had a poor nights sleep. Our outlook was of a messy flat rooftop.

Pros are that it's right in the middle of Saint Emilio so big plus. Clean property. Cons-Very small room-at least ours was. we learned there were larger rooms in an annex across the street. Wish we had known that. It's almost a B&B...biggest complaint was the morning staff person. Very unfriendly, very unhelpful. Seemed to either hate her job and/or hate guests. The afternoon/evening person was terrific-almost the complete opposite. Though it worked out, taxi availability is an issue so figure that out ahead of time.

We stayed in the annex of the hotel on a very hot night, the air conditioning unit was so loud we called the receptionist to come and witness it, she said she would inform the management but little else she could do. We had to turn it off overnight and swelter! In the morning the owner admitted the annex was due for refurbishing and after some discussion agreed to waiver the parking fee. I would not advise booking the annex, I’ve no idea what the main hotel was like.

Séjour moyen. Nous avons été obligés d’aller au plus vite pour respecter une disponibilité de l’equipe pour nous accueillir (17h00 max). A cause des fêtes la disponibilité de l’équipe de l'hôtel était en effet restreinte. Pas de ménage fait dans la chambre avant la deuxieme nuit : lit à l’identique, pas de nouvelle serviette, pas de ménage. Chambre vieillotte avec matelats bien amortis, salle de bain fatiguée avec moisissures sur les joints. Points positifs : excellent petit déjeuner, copieux et rapidement servi, prix bien positionné, emplacement super. A notre demande, on nous a offert le parking une nuit avec recharge de la voiture, ce qui est très appréciable.
