After a long trip, we woke up at 11am and missed the breakfast - breakfast was ended at 10:30am. We had 3rooms in this hotel as we were party of 7. Breakfast was all pre paid in advance by travel agency so there was no option the get money back. When we arrive to lobby, all they said sorry you missed it, put policy is breakfast ends at 10:30am. They didn’t offer anything to make us feel better - no coffee, no water, no snacks, no partial credit towards lunch (we were willing to have lunch at their restaurant and pay the difference). Even though we fully paid breakfast to this hotel but we were able to get nothing. Instead went out to another restaurant outside and got lunch somewhere else. I found this attitude, not Customer’e friendly or accommodating ):
