    Bad Dreams
Have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions. Arrived at the hotel who issued me with keycard for my room and to access lift to 7th floor. Unable to get to my level due to an issue with reader in lift so had to go back to front desk for help getting to my floor (same again the following evening). 1.45am a guest next door gets to his room and immediately starts playing loud music. I didn’t react straight away but by 3.00am I gave up and tried to call the front desk but no answer! After multiple failed attempts I tried to call the Concierge and again the same thing, no answer!!! After some time, the call was automatically rerouted to central reservations where I was able to finally speak to someone who told me that I needed to get dressed and go down to the front desk and try and find someone to assist!!!! By this time it was almost 4.00am by which time the neighbouring guest obviously decided it was time to sleep and turned the music off!!!! Seriously concerning that nobody at the hotel was contactable and wonder what would happen if it turned out to be a real emergency!

Nice but with a few catches
The hotel has many pleasant qualities. The bed is comfortable and the design is very chic. We enjoyed a fantastic view and enormous bathroom. On the downside, our TV didn't work properly, the light switches are nearly impossible to figure out (or don't function), the elevators only work intermittently, and the property essentially functions as a nightclub and we could hear music in our room until 4 AM each night.

    never again
Hotel is just expensive because of the area it’s in. Everything about the hotel is so overpriced. $7 for a bucket of ice. Are you kidding me? The phones to communicate with front desk didnt even work more than half of the time. The rooms were very dirty. Promised a fridge, but it was just filled with expensive bottles and snacks and not a lot of storage space! Also, if you have trypophobia.... this is absolutely the worst place to stay.

Good location, much to be desired in-room
While I did not spend a lot of time in the room, I was disappointed the TV was barely functional the entire time. The bed was comfy but the pillows were not; they were so soft that they became non-existent when you would set your head down. The hotel does have a trendy vibe and the location is great, however.

Beautiful hotel but lacking customer service skill
We’ve stayed here before and loved it. This time the service was terrible. The staff was dismissive, housekeeping was poor and room service was terrible sending us raw burgers when we asked for MEDIUM. They did not bring waters nor correct amount of silverware. The hotel should not offer 24 hour room service if it cannot offer consistent quality service. Housekeeping opened our room window when they were refreshing it but left it open so after being gone for the day, we came back to s a room that was freezing with the windows open, The lobby area is beautiful with its ‘winter garden of roses’ but it’s very obnoxious to reserve all of the lobby tables for their PHD promoters and not allowing guests to sit and have a drink? Management should talk to their staff about customer service and taking care of their clients rather than the party crowd for PHD.
