Smart hotel a short walk from the Vatican
A great hotel a short walk from the Vatican. Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and welcoming staff. A roof terrace with great views across the Vatican and good transport links nearby. Breakfast was tasty and included plenty of choices, hot and cold. Overall, a great value stay and I would definitely recommend it

Simple and clean
Nice and clean. Staff were not overly friendly or helpful. When we checked in they were on the phones and took 10 mins to acknowledge us. No water for kettle in rooms, and told to go buy some. Didn't take considerarion over gluten allergy, simply advised buy breakfast and bring it in, even though we had paid for breakfast. Apart from that nice and clean place.

It was lovely hotel. Few things I need to write as they haven’t kept any milk for tea in side the hotel. No iron board. Anyway overall it’s lovely breakfast was nice as well as the service.

Simply the best
The hotel is a very good hotel and good for stay. The only problem is that the room was dirty and I could see that it was not cleaned for a long time. There was dust everywhere, on the headboard, the phone and the dust was on the floor. I was sizzing after entering the room and when I asked the receptionist to send someone to clean. He said there was no one to clean and was the only person on duty. No housekeeping personel. On check out I informed the lady manager and the receptionist to tell the housekeepers to clean the hotel and I told them that the place is good but need to be thoroughly cleaned. Breakfast was not fine. There was not much of a variety for someone to say it is a buffet. I could only have youghart and cold scrambled eggs in water and juice. The rest was bread which I don't eat. The breakfast sitting looked more like a high school hostel sitting than a hotel. Except for the dirty place and limited breakfast, I can give the 4 out of 5. Regards

A decent hotel near the Vatican
So, this is a decent hotel near the Vatican. How is the local area, asks? I guess it depends on what you are looking for. The area near the main train station has better food at a cheaper price, but I guess that if you want to be near the Vatican, this place is ideal. I myself would probably not stay in this area of Rome again, but that is just me. if you do want to stay near the Vatican, then this is a pretty standard 3 star hotel. The breakfast wasn't bad, the rooms were reasonably clean, and generally the service was pleasant.
