This hotel is such a gem! Great value for the price. We stayed with our two young children (6 and 8 years old). It is conveniently located with plenty of parking. I loved the staff especially Susana, Adrian, and José...cause they made it absolutely amazing hands down. It’s a nice natural setting, but the property is old and run down, needs upgrade. The road to the hotel is bumpy and dusty. No good beaches around. The receptionist lady was busy talking to a colleague for too long when we checked in and we had remind her that we were waiting for her service.

The property is very nice and well worth the price. However, all-inclusive should encompass any drink the customer wants, not ones off a certain menu. Also, most all-inclusives are 24-7. I didn’t mind quiet time from 10-6. However, some guests were rude and didn’t care about the rules. In general, a very nice place to stay but need more variety of food.
