The location of the property was excellent and very convenient for exploring the city. However, my overall experience was extremely disappointing. I wasn’t given the gate access code at check-in, and when I returned from dinner, I was completely locked out. No one answered my calls, and I was left alone late at night with no way to get in.
It was my birthday, and what should have been a special evening turned into a very stressful and upsetting experience. I had to book another hotel at the last minute. I was later promised a compensation, but it never came.
Unfortunately, despite the great location, I can’t recommend this property.
