One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. And the air conditioning 10/10. The location was also fantastic. A couple hundred meters from the train station, so you’re not lugging your bags all over Venice. Check-in was smooth, staff were so friendly, and the breakfast buffet was great. Highly recommend to anyone travelling to Venice. If only Marco Polo Airport was as great as this hotel!

O hotel fica literalmente ao lado da estação de trem, portanto, super-conveniente. É um hotel novo que precisa melhorar sua atenção ao serviço e cortesia aos hóspedes, se comparado a outros da sua categoria. Tem um recurso escasso em Veneza: um jardim, mas não tira bom proveito do espaço. O café da manhã é servido na área contígua ao jardim e, se houvessem mais mesas do lado de fora, todos aproveitariam bem. A variedade dessa refeição também poderia ser melhor.

Alles war sauber, ruhig, gemütlich und angenehm – bis auf die Beleuchtung im Badezimmer, die von der Decke kommt und das Gesicht im Schatten lässt. Und auch der Spiegel im Zimmer hängt einen halben Meter vom Bett entfernt, sodass man sich unmöglich ganz sehen kann (Müssen Innenarchitekten sich etwa nie im Spiegel ansehen?).

Adoramos o hotel. Quartos bons, banho maravilhoso, cafe da manhã muito gostoso. Staff muito gentil e educado, disposto a ajudar. We chose the hotel because it is easy to walk to after got off taxi from airport. The hotel is also very close to train station and main water transport station Ferrovia so quite easy to get to anywhere in Venice and surrounds such as Burano. It takes about 30min to walk to San Marco if you choose not to ride the boat. The hotel is well renovated and modern unlike many old style hotels in the area. There is also a stunning church just a few steps away and a grocery store right next to it. Restaurants are plenty if only you know how to choose. Breakfast is included which is a plus and got decent varieties. Overall a great stay would recommend!

O hotel é cheio de desníveis, mas vale a pena, pois os quartos são muito confortáveis. Tem frigobar, as camas, lençóis e travesseiros, de ótima qualidade. A parte de toialet é da marca trousseaud, com shampoo e gel para banho, cheirosos. Tem secador de cabelo. Quartos bem silenciosos. Interruptor das luzes na cabeceira. Café da manhã tem variedade de pães, queijos e presuntos, ovos, frutas, leite zero lactose. Achei o iogurte gostoso. Jantamos no hotel, uma vez, e o preço foi bom. Recomendo
