Great stay. The apartments are well appointed and the area is very convenient for a visit as the walk from parking/public transport is easy (not as far as staying downtown). The area is quiet yet is close to everything you want to see.

Loved our stay here. The front desk team was very helpful, especially with getting our bags to us (which our airline rudely didn't bring in a timely manner). Check-in and check-out were easy, and we enjoyed the location in Dorsoduro. Loved the big shower and comfortable bed!

The room was fully equipped and brand new. It felt like home. I really enjoyed all the space we had after spending 10 days in Italy. The location was great also, walking distance from all restaurants and city attractions. Front desk was always available and helpful.

Amazong value in the heart of Venice. While the canals feel cramped, your suite feels spacious. Great air conditioning to beat the extreme heat as well.

8/10 Very good

We liked the quiet location away from the craziness of touristy Venice. There’s a boat gate so you can take a boat taxi to get there. Lots of excellent restaurants are walking distance, and the staff will make recommendations on restaurants and tours. The place was super clean and well designed!

So impressed with this place. Really fresh and clean. We were two adults and two kids in a garden flat and there was loads of room. Very well equipped and great to have a washing machine and heated drying rack. We checked in at 1am automatically with no problems.

Very modern and clean accommodation with good air con! We loved the location, a bit of a way out from main attractions in a nice area. Plenty of local restaurants, shops and supermarkets. A nice area to sit outside too.

Venice was the first stop on our 2 week vacation in Italy. We booked this apartment to have a little extra space as we adjusted to the time difference and also liked the idea that it was a quiter neighborhood. I can't say enough great things about the property. The room is well appointed and super clean. There is canal access on the property so it is super easy to access the property from the water. The concierge team made our arrival to Italy so great. They helped arrange a private boat tour, transportation to Burrano and provided great restaurant recommendations. I highly recommend:) There were just 2 of us but would be great for families looking for a little extra space.

8/10 Very good

We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo dei Guardiani in Venice. While the location is a bit farther from the city center, the accommodations were modern, spacious, and very comfortable. The concierge service was outstanding and made our stay even more enjoyable. We would gladly return and stay here again on a future visit to Venice.
