Great location, convenient to local cafes, restaurants, museums, and the subway. Clean, spotless room. Courteous helpful staff. We made ample use of the free coffee machine in the lobby. Overall a good deal and I'd stay there again. The bathrooms have US-type A/B wall power outlets (120V/60Hz) but the bedroom did not, so we were happy to have brought a type G converter (230V/50Hz). Ours was a multiweek travel and we had more than minimal luggage. There is no elevator so you need to lug it up the stairs to your room.

I enjoyed my stay at the Brit Hotels Earls Court it was well located with close access to the Tube, shops/restaurants and the Design Museum. My room was clean and quiet.

Visually, this hotel is absolute heaven—modern, colourful, and perfectly located. However, the stay was ruined by loud construction noise starting at 9:00 AM and the presence of contractors in the lobby. While reception did sort out the noise promptly after I complained, I was highly disappointed that such a disturbance occurred at all. Considering the high standard this hotel portrays, guests should not have to ask for basic peace and quiet.

The hotel was fine and clean, the zone full of shops and places to eat + a subway station. A plus is the coffee machine in the lobby.. But the only thing to take into consideration is that the rooms are accesible by stairs.

Huone oli pieni, mutta siisti. Ei kuulunut aamupalaa, mutta hotellin aulasta sai koneesta kahvia ja sekä oli leivänpaahdin ja mikro. Lisäksi pidimme, että huoneessa oli pieni jääkaappi. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja siivous oli joka päivä hyvää. Hotelli oli hyvällä paikalla lähellä bussipysäkkiä ja metroasemaa. Alue oli rauhallinen.

The place is flawlessly maintained… It’s been upgraded and it is absolutely clean and very lovely… The staff is wonderful and we on top of things… They *do* take a sizable security/potential damage deposit, and they no longer take American Express… So be prepared for that. But I highly recommend this lovely hotel.

Otelde asansör olmadığı için 20 kiloluk bavullarımızı 2 kat dar merdivenlerde taşımak zorunda kaldık. Oda temizliği çok yetersiz havlu değişimi yapmıyorlar. Odada terlik bile yok. 4 gece kalmamıza rağmen kahve içtiğimiz bardaklarımızı bile yenilemedikleri için sürekli yıkamak zorunda kaldık. Konumu fena değil ancak bu otelde kalmak için yeterli bir sebep değil.

Hotel is one of the best maintained in the Earls Court area - definitely a change from the normal tired looking fittings you normally expect to see. Price for one night was also very reasonable. Unfortunately, the only downside was the room deposit of £150 paid at check-in - whilst I was told at reception that this was supposed to be a hold on my card, the hotel had actually debited the amount as a charge! Whilst it was returned on the day I checked out, this was not what I was told.

We requested a refund (even partial) for the one full night's stay in which we were not provided the basic necessities of hotel accommodations: running water. We were denied. For the entire evening/night, we had no running water and the following morning, while we had water, it was ice cold. This hotel is not prepared to be a functioning business. In addition, they illogically chose to hose down their front walk way during freezing temperatures, leading to treacherous conditions - their solution was to put up a caution sign. Even the "perks" were malfunctioning: their coffee machine was out of order by the second day.. Sigh, please save yourself the anguish and book a different property.
