O barato que sai caro…ou seria a barata??
Chegamos às 14h, fizemos checkin, almoçamos e ao retornarmos por volta de 15h à recepção o quarto ainda não estava pronto. Só liberaram 15h40. O quarto possui infestação de baratas pequenas que segundo um dos vendedores que te assediam é normal. O assédio dos vendedores querendo demonstrar o empreendimento é enorme, houve uma abordagem de outro vendedor na área da praia que foi extremamente deselegante nos perguntando se éramos pai e filho. Somos um casal homossexual e não somos nada parecidos…não sei se foi proposital ou se ignorância mesmo…os garçons do restaurante trabalham com ares de sobrecarregados, não há um sorriso no rosto e só estão ali para retirar os pratos. Muitas vezes vc nem terminou a refeição e eles estão querendo retirar os pratos. Parece mais um treinamento ruim onde prezam pela eficiência burra em retirar os pratos ao invés de bem servir os hóspedes. Em uma situação nos servimos e nos sentamos à mesa para pedir a bebida que não fica acessível. O funcionário Tiago e o outro que estavam próximos a nós fingiu não nos terem visto ainda que tenhamos levantado a mão e sinalizado a eles. Só fomos atendidos quando parei um garçom que estava passando e comentei que estávamos sendo ignorados. O funcionário Tiago desde então passou a querer ser gentil oferecendo um café de cortesia e nos cumprimentando sempre. O cantor que se apresentou cantava músicas em inglês usando de um embromation. A piscina embora possa ficar até às 20h, às 18h não tem mais serviço de bar…

Estabelecimento com manutenção a desejar. Fiação elétrica expostas em vários pontos. Limpeza no apto a desejar. Atendimento por garçons na piscina de baixa qualidade, e atenção. SENSACIONAL !
Não lembro a última vez onde fui tão bem tratado e com uma excelente organização etc etc. Quando cheguei no local fiquei surpreso de forma positiva pelo local em sí ( pé na areia da praia ) e por ser um local muito limpo e organizado, com uma arquitetura maravilhosa. Quando cheguei na recepção fui muito bem recebido por todos, me deixaram muito a vontade pois ainda não tinha chegado a minha reserva no sistema deles. Optei pela reserva meia pensão, onde tinha café da manha e jantar ou almoço ( eu escolheria ) e fiquei muito feliz quando fui ao jantar e vi a quantidade e qualidade de pratos que estavam ali, desde filé mignon, camarão até uma sobremesa muito boa, e tudo ali a vontade para se servir. Lá tem uma serviço de bar na piscina muito bom, uma área de lazer excelente. Optei por ficar em um apto luxo, pois estava sozinho. O quarto é bem espaçoso, tinha uma cama grande de casal e uma cama de solteiro, mesa ( precisei para colocar computador ), banheiro grande e uma varanda também grande ( senti só falta de um armador para colocar rede ) Lá próximo, 200metros, tem um parque aquático que quando vi fiquei sem acreditar, pois não imaginava que naquele condomínio ( Aquiraz Riviera ) poderia ter algo tão bacana e tão bom. Outro ponto interessante é a forma educada e solicita de todos os funcionários do hotel. Não consigo falar tudo aqui. Nota 10000 . Irei voltar.

Ótima estrutura com serviço a desejar
Espaço de muito potencial, mas o serviço, sobretudo nas alimentações, tá muito fraco para quem diz ser 5 estrelas. Não é! Se se apresentasse como 3 estrelas seria excelente, como 4 seria ok e como 5 é ruim... quanto maior a qualificação maior a exigência do cliente. Acho que precisa urgentemente melhorar a qualidade e diversidade do almoço e tambem o funcionamento do bar da piscina, que fecha cedo demais...
