Very odd experience. I am aware that this is newer hotel. I went to check in at reception, there was one worker and a long line. When I did get checked in I went to the room and it was not ready at all, there was plastic covering the walls on one side, one bed completely stripped and almost pushed off of the frame, the other bed unmade, someone else’s room key on the couch.
I exited the room and had my kids go back into the car. I went back to reception where there was still only one worker, and several people in line. When I explained to her what I just experienced there was no apology or anything and she just made me feel like what I said wasn’t true. She changed the room and gave an ADA room instead when that wasn’t what I had booked. The key card didn’t work, I had to go back a third time. The room was fine, the bed was comfy but the layout was odd. The TV was not in front of the beds or the couch. It was on a wall that is hard to see from the furthest bed. The complimentary breakfast was subpar. There was definitely not enough food for the amount of people there. They had ran out of a lot of stuff and the cereal options weren’t very good. The Egg, 3 cheese, jalapeño soufflé was grainy and inedible. It is two hotels combined into one as well which is something I had not seen before. I wouldn’t book here again.
