It would be helpful if the shop you collect the key from knew where the property was Google maps sends you around the back of the property where there’s no access to the building. Kitchen poorly equipped. Only 3 glasses and 3 towels for 4 guests also couldn’t work out how to get the air conditioning work. Very noisy having to have the windows open to sleep as next to very busy road. On the plus side excellent location for the O2 in a gated apartment block a few minutes from the tube station
