We stayed here for an event happening at Tech de Monterrey and the location is perfect. The hotel is located in a strip mall where you have many several options for places to eat. The hotel itself has a good breaksfast buffet, the rooms are in good shape, the AC was not working to it's full potential, but other than that it's a good choice for a stay.

Staff is amazing, the hotel very clean, but it starts to look old and needs a few touch ups (like elevators), if you don't like buffet and try to order a la carte, is a very expensive breakfast and not big portions, I guess they are trying to push the 300 pesos breakfast. Overall a good stay.

Loud music until 1 am Found a piece of pistachio on a hand towel Reception staff asked me to pay laundry fee when i pick up my laundry, not allowed to pay at check out. But location was good; located in a mall, easy access to restaurants and cvs, easy to take an uber taxi, etc.

The staff was mean and unprofessional. For being VIP I would have expected to not to have to pay for parking at the hotel I am staying at. The floor in bathroom and shower was very slippery must wear shoes or lay towels down to walk.

I was charged an upgrade to go to a better room with sleep sofa. The "mattress " was not really a mattress, it was a camping mattress, unable to sleep there. It also had a marked of either blood or semen. The toilet did not flush. I showed videos and pictures to the front desk and they did not want to make any compensations.
