The absolute best I can say about this Hotel is that it has the BARE MINIMUM! Of literally everything. Think of any feature you would like and then think of the BARE MINIMUM and that’s what this hotel has.

Time waster
This hotel keeps its front door locked at all times. Problem with that is, the lady working during the day was never at the front desk to open it when you come and go. To check in, we probably waited at least 15 minutes befoee she slowly wandered over to see if anyone was there. And multiple other times throughout the afternoon/evening, same thing. The lady wokring at night was alot better. But still, this was quite inconvenient and also not safe if there was ever an emergency. I wouldn't stay again.

I needed a place to sleep at close the airport and Art Hotel was perfect. I made a mistake when I booked and picked the wrong date but there staff was very accommodating and allowed me to stay the actual needed night instead. Thank you!

This is my second time staying at the hotel. It's owned by the same people that item Hotel X and Airport Hotel across the street.They normally have the pool open, which is the reason I stayed there this second time, but it was closed for maintenance, which was frustrating. Otherwise everything's great, quiet room, nice showers, normally a really nice pool and a good breakfast.

We were never told there was a charge for hotel shuttle. We made arrangements the night before for a car the following morning. The next morning we had to pay up front the car never showed. We had to make other arrangements which made us cut it short for our appointment.

The only complaint I have is that the pool was being worked on and it wasn't disclosed on the site. We specifically Reserve 2 nights so the children could swim. We have stayed there in the past that is why we made reservations again but nobody disclosed anything about the pool, And that was the main reason why we chose the place... We ended up leaving without staying at and want to a different hotel, Now we have to try to get our money back from Expedia and their customer service is very hard to get in contact with.

What I was expecting as management priority is to maintain a schedule of cleaning inside the rooms more periodically. I know that this a 3 start hotel but it doesn't take any extra effort to maintain room with fresh towels, cleaning and stuck up with necessary accessories to maintain the rooms more efficiently. I know if you ask, they may have cleaned for me, but that's not the point. Some one has to be able to create an cleaning schedule more periodically.
