Debit/credit cards are necessary to stay here
Even though the ad said it was not necessary to book with a debit/credit card, at the front desk, they wouldn't book without using one. It was insisted that a credit card be used for the security deposit.

Great Choice for reasonable cost in Vancouver
Was there for one night during the shut-down for Covid-19. Amazed and so thankful they were open. Everything very well run and the room and facilities were excellent. Of course service curtailed and no food due to virus risks but we were able to make do with a local Tim Hortons open for take-out food/drink. Fabulous location for a Vancouver visit, an excellent choice in such a very expensive city. A renovated motel made into a very chic modern city getaway.

Wonderful Stay!
Wonderful staff, clean room, have everything I need. LOVE the branding around the premise, definitely catering to young professionals like us. Heater was quiet at night, and there's a small window that opens for fresh air. Nespresso machine a very nice touch, but the Elysian Coffee shop downstairs was so good that we visited there twice before we had a chance to make coffee in our room (get their cheddar biscuit!) :) Location was super convenient and felt safe -- We took a leisurely walk to Stanley Park in 20-25 min. Courtyard in the middle was nice to hanging out with friends. Will definitely stay again if we visit Vancouver.

Burrard - Compact
Very compact size room. Lot of restaurants near by.. Very prominent location. Need microwave in the room or atleast - on that same floor - instead of going to basement. Also, need laundry services at each floor.. Level 1 - Elevator door and Door to staircase are near to near and it get a chance to get a hit when person comes by and when we opens the door. Overall: Good to Stay. Price is ok..

Decent stay
It was a very beautiful little hotel and nice and clean. However, we did have an incident with another guest harassing us and we felt very uncomfortable. We felt that the hotel did not take many measures to make us feel more at ease with the situation and they only comped us for parking. It felt like too little too late after we were harassed by a man in their own courtyard.

Ideal hotel solution for busy business days
Hotel location is great and rooms are perfect for when one basically uses the room facilities to shower , take a bath and sleep. Love the environmentally-minded bathroom products which prevent waste. Great tea and coffee products for use in the room. Only wish would have been a larger lobby area to sit and plan the day or evening.
