Nice hotel in a good spot. We stayed after a cruise, and were upgraded and allowed in the room as soon as we arrived at about 9.30am - obviously this can only happen if the room is ready, but it was really appreciated and made our day much easier. The Burrard is within about a 20 minute walk of Stanley Park, and 20-30 minutes from Granville Island via the 2 minute ferry from Hornby street. Staff were very friendly, and if we are ever back in Vancouver we will definitely stay at the Burrard.

Location was convenient and close to great shopping and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel had all necessary amenities. Room was clean and updated. Only critique was access to parking via a back alley that was often littered with trash and had homeless people which made entering feel unsafe at times because you needed to exit your car to swipe your card to enter.

Great location for when I ran a half marathon to get to the main city along the waterfront. Hotel staff were very helpful and attentive although cleaning services weren’t the best and our beds were barely made up. The surrounding area unfortunately did have some homeless people around, especially at night but we had no issues with them. Hotel is a bit old/dated, but overall location and staff made up for it.
