I would call this hotel tulum in santruce. We stayed for two days one night, the service was 10/10. Def get drinks from the hotel bar some of the best cocktails I’ve had in a while. Bed was comfortable loved the outdoor patio furniture that encouraged lounging. Would def stay here again. We stayed during the week and there was plenty of street parking and our car was safe. Great location the beach is a 3 min walk from the hotel was my favorite beach we visited during our stay. Go to pinky’s for breakfast!

This property was beautiful. The staff was very nice. Only problem is the light were off for about 5 hours at the hotel. The whole street was blacked out. The staff treated us with cold water and tap lights. I would stay here again I would just prepare better just in case the power go out :)

AS WE REACHED THE IMMEDIATE AREA WHERE THE HOTEL IS LOCATED WE WERE A LITTLE WORRIED ABOUT THE HOTEL STAY BUT AS WE ENTERED THE GATE,WE WERE AMAZED AT THE BEAUTIFUL GARDENS AND FRIENDLY STAFF. THE ROOMS WERE PERFECT IN EVERY ASPECT. PARKING WAS A LITTLE DIFFICULT TO FIND. LOTS OF RESTAURANTS AND STORES WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. WE RATE THIS HOTEL A 10.

I enjoyed the stay at The Weekender. The staff were nice and very accommodating. We spoke with the bartender and site manager about recommendations to eat, hit the beach, and more. There was a power outage for the space for one of our days on the trip, but we were redirected to stay at another place next door until the power was back on - it was a quick solution to an unforeseeable scenario.

This place is beautiful with many amenities. I really enjoyed the pool. The area is very walkable and safe. The staff was very kind and made me feel at home. The property was beyond beautiful and completely modern. The rooms were super clean and spacious, and the AC was so cold we absolutely loved it. It was quiet, it was a great environment! The only thing that was weird was our check-in. We didn’t receive any code or information on checking in, so we arrived at the property and were locked out, and when we called and got the code, we also had to wait 30ish minutes for someone to come check us in.

Beautiful boutique style hotel. Very kind and friendly staff. POOR MANAGEMENT. Booked and paid for superior room, received only a standard room. Requested a 1 hour later check out (1 pm) due to delayed flight and was asked to pay $50 USD. As a VIP access and GOLD Expedia Member I was supposed to receive perks including a room upgrade and received nothing. No coffee in rooms. Hung a clean me door hanger and received no room cleaning service and was told it closes at 12 noon so I was out of luck. This property is listed as 4 star hotel and at best due to management is a 3. Such a beautiful space and great staff working. It has such great potential but it’s just not currently run properly or worth the price. Special thank you to Orlando who was incredibly friendly and welcoming

I recently stayed at The Weekender Hotel in San Juan, and it was fantastic. Tucked away in the Ocean Park neighborhood, this boutique hotel is just a short walk from the beach, great restaurants, and fun nightlife spots. Even though it’s close to all the action, the hotel itself is super quiet and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. The rooms were clean and modern, with a simple yet stylish design that felt fresh and inviting. The bed was really comfortable, and everything was well taken care of. The property overall has a calming vibe that makes you feel at ease as soon as you arrive. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. I would definitely recommend The Weekender to anyone visiting San Juan. It’s perfect if you’re looking for a mix of relaxation and easy access to everything the city has to offer. I had a great time and can’t wait to stay here again!

We had a terrible experience staying at this place for 2 nights. The shower leaked, we didn't have warm water, the doors of the room are transparent, and they never turn off the light in the hallway, so you are unable to sleep because light is hitting you directly in the face all night through the plexiglass door. They changed our room because of the issues, but unfortunately the other room had the same problems. On our last night, someone working at the property was outside of our room at 6 am making very loud noises pretending to be cleaning. We didn't have one night of good sleep. Also, the pool is extremely dirty. This hotel is not worth the price.

Beautiful place but communication at check in and check out was very tricky. Had to find the number and call them upon arrival which took me to a call center who then gave me the code (having the code ahead of time would’ve been much better as our hands were full of luggage). Check out was also confusing as we couldn’t find anyone and I messaged via Expedia’s messaging with the hotel and got no response. We just left the keys in the empty reception area and left word with a landscaper man. Once there, the place and room were gorgeous. You can tell they thought of every single detail when creating this place. Only reason I’m docking a star is for the communication and because we were woken up 2 times by random loud noises at midnight and then again at 4:30 AM. First time sounding like someone was sanding something in a neighbors house or something - and the second noise was loud banging on a gate or something nearby. We had to be at the airport very early so it was definitely annoying. It might help if they put fans in the room or if the AC hummed louder to drown out the noise- or just staying in another room not overlooking the street. We stayed in #9.
