Muito boa! Tudo muito novo e tecnologia, com certeza voltarei novamente, alem de funcionários muitos prestativos e atenciosos. So queria fazer uma observação, referente a facial para conseguir acessar as portas, acho que deveria ter a opção de cadastrar mais de uma facial, ja que se vc for em casal ou mais pessoas, ai é necessário que a pessoa cadastrada sempre esteja junto. Fora isso só elogios

Bom Custo benefício
Apartamento novo bem cuidado, bem mobiliado com itens de cozinha necessários como sanduicheira, cooktop, microondas e liquidificador. Possui lavanderia compartilhada emini academia. Ambiente bem seguro todo monitorado e todos os acessos sempre por biometria facial. Garagem para veículos. Ponto fraco para a unidade que fiquei foi o banheiro que é pequeno e o chuveiro não é centralizado ficando muito próximo do vidro e das prateleiras de vidro dificultando o banho! Tive dificuldades para fazer o cadastro biométrico antecipado, mas fui atendido pelo responsável pelo local que solucionou tudo. Ao chegar não tive dificuldades em acessar. Sempre tem uma pessoa na portaria do edifício.

O quarto é ótimo, uma boa localização para quem quer ficar em uma região mais central e fácil de ir para vários lugares. Os pontos negativos: Achei as vagas do estacionamento um pouco apertadas e o horário de check-in/check-out um pouco ruins, por ser tudo automatizado não tem nem a possibilidade de deixar as malas em algum lugar do hotel até o horário do check-in. Os pontos positivos: muito confortável e agradável.
