Spacious room with a good big bed and a good double bath (no support handles for the oldies, though). An excellent and varied buffet breakfast on the 12th floor with Panoramic views of Mercury Tower complex, Paceville and Swieqi/Pembroke The staff were always very friendly and helpful

Room types were luxury rooms at front of hotel. There were Road works going on just in front of hotel and every street noise could be heard in the room as if the Windows were open. Top rooms but absolutely no noise protection. One of our friends lost juwelry in the room after clean ing.

Great hotel needs good staff - they have that.

The staff made this hotel. They really do pay attention to detail and deal with issues quickly and properly. The hotel is in a decent location, close enough to everything whilst being away from it all too. But it was January, so the noise was maybe minimum.

My overall experience was underwhelming; there were additional charges every time I went to reception, and of course, because I was on holiday, I just paid without arguing because I didn't want to ruin my time. The room was barely cleaned properly, and any time we made a request, it wasn't done because they were busy, but what's the point of having guests if you can't even tend to them? There was only 1 female receptionist that was amazing and would go above and beyond, but that experience was only if she was on shift. I'm not sure if I'd recommend this place to stay, but the facilities there were nice, apart from the room.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Noru, the service was exceptional and the room was just what we wanted, very spacious and clean. The facilities were great. The breakfast was a good selection. Spa treatments were very enjoyable. The hotel is in a great location in St Julian’s with many food and drink places nearby.

The hotel was great, very modern and aesthetic. It has amazing facilities that are there for you to use at anytime and enjoy. The only downside is it’s very close to a party area if you are into that then I think you will be fine, we enjoyed the fact shops and food places were always open but didn’t enjoy how busy it was all the time, the drunk people and mess everywhere. Overall we enjoyed our stay and had a great time.

We had a lovely and relaxing stay at Noru! The staff were very kind and helpful throughout. The only slight annoyance we had was the lift - it constantly skipped floors and took you in the opposite direction to the button you pressed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful new property with excellant staff. Very central and easy to walk to the strip. No noise from outside. Spacious rooms. My only critique is to add turkey or chicken sausage to breakfast. There were only pork options. Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again.

August’24 long weekend stay

Overall stay was very enjoyable. It’s a brand new hotel so all facilities (including rooftop pool and basement pool/spa/sauna/steam room) are up to modern spec; clean and well looked after. All staff we encountered were friendly, warm and welcoming. The breakfast options are good - fresh fruit juices would have been preferred to the squash options offered. Overall, breakfast 8/10. On our 4 day stay, we had issues with the air con on 2-3 separate occasions on the 4th floor but believe this was only an issue for our floor and a new hotel teething problem. When hotel were notified of problem, they were quick to have service engineers working to rectify.

This is not a hotel for business travellers or for families. The hotel is new and narrow in width and the majority of its clients are party-goers. You can hear everything from your room even your neighbours who are talking next door. The staff is pretty friendly I admit. Beware of the balcony doors as you can lock yourself outside due to how the door lock is designed. This has apparently happened to a few staying at that hotel. All in all, I don’t recommend staying here if you’re there for work or are looking forward to a relaxing vacation. You won’t get that there. Mr. E.
