There was an ill-managed fire alarm going off at 4:45AM when I was there, which led to the elevators being out of service for several hours.
While the front desk staff did eventually try to accommodate disabled guests with rooms on the 2nd floor (at the suggestion of a local police officer), disabled people still wound up having to walk up a flight of stairs to get to their new rooms.
The fire alarm was explained by a trainee covering the front desk as a "test," but that doesn't make much sense -- the fire department wasn't there to supervise and turn the elevators back on.
Otherwise, this was a very nice, new-ish hotel with clean, well-designed rooms, a nice lobby, and a tasty breakfast. Staff were generally pleasant.
