A very short walk from the bus station. The building is well marked with the contact number in the window. As no one was at the reception I phoned the number and said in English that we had arrived. Only Turkish was spoken but a person in next door block of flats waived from upstairs and then a guy came down and showed us around the flat. The whole building is new and everything smells fresh. We stayed in one bedroom flat with a big balcony and had a very nice time. Myra ruins are an a half an hour walk away where there is an agency for a boat trip to Kekova island. All in all we had a very pleasant stay.

Hayatımızda aile olarak ilk defa bir tatilde temizlik yapmaya gerek olmadan konaklamamıza başladık. Konum olarak sessizlik huzur ve mükemmele yakın bir deniz keyfi istiyorsanız tam size göre bir yer olduğunu göreceksiniz. Tüm marketlere yürüme mesafede. Apart içi dışı pırıl pırıl desek yeridir. Odalar hem m2 olarak olsun hemde ihtiyaçlarınıza göre (büyük bir buzdolabı, klima 2 adet, mutfak gereçleri vs.) hepsi gayet yeterli. Banyo tertemiz. Ve aslında en başta etmemiz gereken teşekkürü kaldığımız süre boyunca bizide aileden gören (Yasemin Hn, Hüseyin Bey ve oğulları Cihan Bey) hepsine teşekkür ediyoruz.

Odalar tertemizdi, kendimizi evimizde hissettik. Sahipleri de bizi çok iyi karşıladılar, çevreyle ilgili de çok yardımcı oldular. Keşke vaktimiz olsaydı daha fazla kalsaydık. Demre'ye yolunuz düşerse mutlaka gidin. Yolunuz düşmese bile gitmeye değer.

Kaldığım apart aileler için daha uygundu ama ben tek başıma kalsam da çok memnun kaldım. Apart sahipleri çok cana yakın, kibar, düşünceli insanlardı. Plajlara biraz uzak fakat altınızda araç varsa 10 dk mesafe ile konfora ve rahatlığına doyabilirsiniz. Aracınız olmasa bile size her şekilde yardımcı olmak için uğraşan insanlar bulacaksınız karşınızda. İyi ki Alkan Apart 😊

Müthiş bir konum
Alkan Apartı ailecek çok beğendik. İçerisinde her malzeme var. Tv, bulaşık makinesi, çamaşır makinesi ne ararsanız özetle. Ev rahatlığında bir konaklama oldu. Normalde demre de üç gün kalıp kekovaya ve çevre koylara gidecektik o kadar memnun kaldık ki bir gecede uzattık. Konumu tam çarşıda her şey ayağınızın altında. Yemek yerleri, Pastanesi, manavı her yer yürüme mesafesi. Gelelim denize, denize mesafesi uzak iki, üç km ama biz yakında olsa her zaman arabayla gidiyoruz o nedenle zorlanmadık. Bizim için çarşının merkezinde olması çok daha önemli. Apartın sahipleri de çok ilgili neye ihtiyacımız olursa anında yardımcı oldular. Düşünmeden satın alabilirsiniz. Apart, bina, eşyalar her şey çok yeni.

Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim
Öncelikle iletişim harika uygulamadan bir talepte bulundum anında pozitif geri döndüler. Girişimiz çok geç oldu ama sabahın 3'ünde dahi güler yüzlü odamıza kadar eşlik ettiler. Tertemiz. Odada ihtiyacınız olan her şey mevcut. Apart otel olduğu için dışarıdan yiyecek içecek getirebiliyorsunuz. Temizlik malzemesi ihtiyacı için yürüme mesafesinde BİM ve market var. Taze poğaça için fırın var. Sülüklü plajına 6 Çayağzı Limanına 6 dakika sürüş mesafesinde Noel Baba kilisesi daha da yakın. Personel ilgili güler yüzlü. Hele tesisin giriş şifresi ve içeri girince bizi karşılayan görüntü bizi bizden aldı. Demre'ye tekrar gittiğimde kesinlikle kalacağım bir tesis.
