Wonderful, clean hotel! Great water pressure in shower and quiet for sleeping. Comfortable beds and nice breakfast. The enclosed restaurant had some of the best onion rings and hamburgers we’ve ever had (Grazers)…a definite must have.

Was a nice stay quiet, comfy bed, shower products.Only a few things were not the best. Booked online was cheaper than at hotel. Extended the stay before check out and was charged higher rate than originally booked for the one night. Breakfast was the most basic only protein available was peanut butter cups or a thick ham, egg, cheese English muffin. May sound of for those that like pork and high carbs. Orange juice was terrible tasting even kids in breakfast room were complaining about it.
I think it was just basic TV (brought our Roku from home). Mirrors and shower were not cleaned well shower curtain had dried soap etc on it from previous guest and a lot of lint on walls from being wiped down instead of scrubbed a rinsed. There was a veggie tray in our refrigerator from previous guest and a sock next to bed so I doubt it was vacuumed or that would have been noticed. Wasn’t a bad stay just not great housekeeping, or breakfast. I did call and ask for a new shower curtain they were very nice however should have brought it to me and changed it out not me bring them the nasty one and put up a clean one. Just common courtesy and service.

Check in was a struggle and as they are new some of the kinks definitely need to be worked out. Clean and new which was nice. I enjoyed the quietness of the area as well. Breakfast was not good. They had very limited options and it was not at all what you would expect from a hotel breakfast.

Very clean. Still smells new. BUT NO elevator. That at least gave us a luggage cart to go from the back of our car about 35 ft through two doors so we can then haul our luggage up the stairs.;. ;-( Shower was hot but my camping shower that hangs in a tree gives out more water than that shower head did. Wife had a great Swiss mushroom burger but my skull Burger which is Buffalo had the entire white serving paper soaked in Grease. We would go back I think they'll get it right

Hotel is nice. Staff is friendly and helpful. But the town of Moorcroft is very small with a population of just over 1,000. You might think that a hotel in a town of this size would be a bargain, but no. Checking for a room here because our tractor/trailer broke down, we found this place. Almost next door to the little truck stop it really was our only option. When we checked prices, I couldn't believe that they want over $130.00+ per night! Through a 3rd party booking sight we were able to get it for just over $121 including taxes and fees. Originally we had planned a 1 night stay. But in towns this small getting parts and service can be challenging at best. We found an excellent repair shop, but parts proved to be another issue. So we had to extend our stay for another night. Very glad it's a very nice place to stay, but hard on the wallet.
