Great hotel with excellent staff team!

Overall a great stay. The (entire) team was so gracious with helping out with my lost luggage (airline issue). They kept an eye out for it, accepted delivery, and kindly placed it in my room. They also provided recommendations for nearby stores so I was able to get clothes for the night I arrived and the next day and furnished scissors so I could cut off tags as well. Fairly quiet. Overall good hotel, firmer bed (fine by me!), excellent staff. Would recommend

All great, have stayed before. But a bit too hot for me to sleep well. It’s meant to be a hotel that specialises in sleep, personally I think the air on needs to go colder .
