I had a comfortable stay at Dali Hôtel Montauban. The location is excellent – just a short walk to the main square, which made exploring the town really easy and enjoyable. My room was spacious and very clean, offering a relaxing space to unwind. I did initially have an issue with the door not locking properly, but the staff were quick to respond and moved me to another room without any fuss, which I appreciated. Parking was another plus – although not gated, it felt secure with CCTV coverage and ample underground spaces available. Overall, a pleasant stay in a well-situated hotel with helpful staff and good amenities.

We loved the hotel. Unfortunately we were only staying for 1 night. I wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel is within walking distance of the center of the old town. Lots to see and enjoy. Very modern hotel, room and bathroom like new. Nice touch of offering a kettle with tea and coffee as well as glasses. Reception was very welcoming with fresh fruits set out on counter. Staff was speaking English well, and was super friendly and efficient at check in. Parking is easy behind the hotel yet there is no direct access to the lobby. We used the adjacent hotel parking to walk to the lobby without taking any stairs, alternatively you go back to the street and take the stairs up to the reception.

We paid for a ‘superior double room with river view’ The room was a good size but due to the trees outside being too tall and in full foliage, there was no river view. Even though this is not under the hotel’s control, it should not be advertised as a river view and we should not have paid more for the privilege of not seeing the river!

Hôtel de standing surplombant Montauban. Accueil très professionnel par le personnel qui est à l'écoute. Grande chambre tout confort en parfait état. Salle de bain impeccable. L'établissement à un bon restaurant et dispose aussi d'une partie SPA (Hammam, piscine, ...) qui est très agréable. Souvenir d'un très bon séjour.

Séjour avec ma fille dans un bel hôtel mais dont les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles. Avant mon séjour, impossible de joindre la réception au téléphone qui n'a pas répondu à mes messages via la plateforme. On a appris à l'arrivée qu'une piscine était à notre disposition...mais pas de maillot. Insonorisation déficiente: pas dormi à cause d'une grosse ronfleuse dans la chambre voisine. Il aurait été préférable d'avoir des toilettes séparées et non dans la salle de bains.. Petit déjeuner correct mais pas fou fou (oeufs brouillés à revoir..). Sinon très bonne situation et très belle vue du rooftop ( dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de fauteuil pour s'asseoir et de bar pour boire un coup) Bar au RDC de l' hôtel voisin où nous avons du courir après le barman...
