Excellent stay here for 4 nights. The front desk, housekeeping, and Samuel hosting at the lounge were wonderful. After checking in the room, we noticed the sink in the bathroom wasn't draining properly. I mentioned it to Sebastian at the front desk, then we went out for breakfast and upon our return, he had already got it repaired. Would definitely stay here again.

Centre of attraction
I spent an interesting 12 days in this hotel. The check-in was almost flawless despite my having challenges paying with my card. The hotel is strategically located at the centre of everything as it has easy access to all the major areas of the city. My room on the 30th floor offered me excellent view of the city. My only complaint is the absence of bathrobe and slippers as well as the failure of housekeeping to keep tea bags in my room daily after cleaning. I also had challenges with the provision of the complimentary water as it was not consistent. Furthermore, the room is a bit close and will not be adequate for more than 1 occupant. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay again next time. I will not forget to mention the Happy hour and the local beer.

Perfectly located to everything.
Perfectly located to various options of places to eat (9-10av) and places to go. Access to subway and other transportation is right close to you. Friendly staff. Of course it’s noisy at night but it’s NY so it’s everywhere around. I would totally go back.
