Our stay were okay with some headaches . We need to ask for towels and toilet paper s all the time. No cleaning at all. We asked for cleaning and it never came even paying for it. Everything else needed to pay for it.

Functional apartment with friendly staff
The apartment was in worse condition than the photos, mine had filler patches in the walls. It was also a lot smaller than it appeared in the listing. They say it isn’t a hotel but there was nowhere to throw out rubbish and they didn’t even provide any sponge or dustpan and brush to clean the apartment, so I’m not sure how you can keep it clean without access to this? The cutlery was also dirty when I arrived. Everything needs to be rented from the vending machines. The staff were really helpful which was one bonus of staying here and the location was good for access to Avenida Paulista and the metro. There is also a really great little shop/vending machine setup in the lobby with ready meals and snacks and drinks - it was so handy! There was also no safe/secure place in the apartment for valuables which I would have appreciated. On the whole the apartment did the job for what I needed, but I probably wouldn’t book here again as it felt a bit too bare bones for me.

Good size room but very limited service. Everything has to be done online and staff are not really helpful. It is not a hotel really but an apartment. Location was good, right in front of a very good shopping centre and with subway options nearby.

Overall good stay, because your on Paulista Ave. But Hotel staff is not helpful when asking them to assist with ordering food. They act like they don't understand English as well. Overall room experience was bad because lock of window was broken, and someone from the other room was lurking through my window.

Overall the room is good and has potential. But the wifi was not functioning during our stay. So there is a television with Netflix which you cannot use. There is an induction stove but no pot or anything that you can use with the stove, so why have it? There were also some holes in the wall which seemed a bit out of place in an otherwise nice room.

Super bien ubicado. Cama incomoda porque se hunde. El baño se inundaba porque se salia el agua de la regadera, se reportó y no lo arreglaron bien, se volvió a reportar y ya no atendieron. Ruidoso porque no sella la ventana y la avenida Paulista tiene mucho tránsito.
