Beautiful hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and nice, rooms were a good size and location was excellent. Only minor complaint is that from the metro level, you need to go up a few elevators to go to your room, just a minor inconvenience.

Awesome stay. Front desk helped with making a reservation for dinner. This was great as well as information on getting bus limousines by OCAT next door. The underground Namba walk was a cool experience. Next door downstairs had a supermarket that provided groceries at a good price. I highly recommend staying here. Very convenient to train stations and easy walk to shopping areas close by.

Great place to stay.

I love the convenience of the Hotel being close to the station to access many trains. I loved shopping right next door within walking distance to the hotel. The staff was pleasant and very accommodating and helpful with luggage forwarding. I would definitely book here again.

It was so convenient to use the subway and train station to get around, being that the hotel is located right next to OCAT and many of the Namba stations. Walking distance to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashisuji. Lots of shopping and dining nearby. The buffet breakfast was also amazing.
