Pleasant low key resort that had large rooms and pleasant, helpful staff.

Just a day stay prior to flight.
It could be a fabulous place with a lot of refurbishing. Needs tlc. Great location on beach and views. Restaurant service needs training and motivation. It worked for what we need ed.

    Good 6,0
    Cheap and rough
Hotel was old and run down. Not a 3 star but more of a 2 star. Had booked the apartment and emailed the hotel to check it was not out the back but actually had a view and got a kind response that we would be put in a room with a view. Upon arrival we were put out the back in a room that had tiny windows (no view) and a big roof skylight that let the light in really early in the morning so no sleep ins... The pool had broken tiles and concrete around it and the kids hurt themselves on the sharp tiles or holes. The hotel was very cheap which was the attraction in the first place but I would pay more for a better place. Friendly staff.

Room, accommodation and reception was really perfect. The worst part of the hotel is definitely Restaurant. We were there several times and every time we were waiting for dinner almost 1 hour (although restaurant wasnt busy). Very bad restaurant at all.

    Very good 8,0
Everything was amazing except for the hot water incident - we had none. And when I asked reception to look at it, she replied with “you don’t need hot water”, regardless if I need it or not, that she what I paid for. Besides that, rest of the staff were amazing and made our trip. Cheers Club Raro!
