We only stayed for 2 nights as we wanted to visit Assisi town. The B&B is located about 10 min drive to town. The unit had a kitchen, 2 bedroom and 1 toilet. No air conditioning. No restaurant on site and no restaurant nearby, you need to drive to town. The swimming pool is small but functional, and is located at the bottom of the hill, there are also cute chickens walking around.

Amazing views
Really nice family. The accommodation was comfortable/cool enough with open windows (no mosquito net) even without an air condition unit mid summer. The pool is a private pool however after I asked about it, they were ok with us using it if we wanted to. The views are amazing!!!

Beautiful Views ans a Warm welcome
We stayed at La Terrazza del Subasio for a friends wedding not too far away. The family were extremely welcoming and helpful with offers of a taxi service to get up to and from the wedding venue. Top top it off they offered a wonderful spread at breakfast, which all items being local or homemade produce

Beautiful surroundings in the country close to Assisi. We enjoyed eating in the two restaurants close by with the locals. Massimo greeted us with breshetta and his homemade wine. The breakfasts were good and the stay very relaxing. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Quite, scenic, peaceful
This place was further than expected from the town of Assisi. We recommend that people have a car when they stay there since it's too far to walk. The narrow roads are somewhat difficult to drive on so be careful. This family-run business is top notch. We had the best breakfast here since we have been in Italy. The family is so accommodating and hospitable. We would definitely stay there again… as long as we have a car! If we took the train into Assisi, we would opt to stay in the walled city.

Gorgeous mountain hideaway right outside Assisi!
We spent 2 delightful nights here. Massimo and his family run this charming B&B up on Mt Subasio, a few minutes outside Assisi. The view alone is beyond amazing... and we were able to spend some time relaxing on the terrace and taking it all in. Our room came with a small kitchen and living are which we shared with a couple in another room. Massimo could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was lovely... lots of home-made specialties. If you are driving to Assisi I recommend this lovely place.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le cadre, très calme, avec une vue splendide sur les collines. L'accueil de Marisa est très chaleureux quelle que soit l'heure d'arrivée. Accueil extrêmement chaleureux d'une adorable famille dans un endroit convivial. La vue est magnifique. L'accès à Assise est très simple et de courte distance. Pragtfuldt sted
Hotellet ligger helt fantastisk smukt og vi blev mødt at meget søde og hjælpsomme mennesker. Den eneste grund til at der ikke er top karakter, var at vi blev mødt af en dame som kun kunne italiensk, hvor vi havde forventet engelsktalende. Næste morgen var der dog en ejer der kunne engelsk.. Kan varmt anbefales.
