We had a terrible experience since they did not recognize our reservation late at night. Fortunately we were not left on the street without place a stay. And due to my friend we managed to get a substitute hotel. We had to pay another 440.00 to stay at an alternate place. We are now out 528.00 we paid and need a refund. We left abandoned in a strange country with people that had all the lights off the front and our taxi driver came to the rescue. The innkeeper had no sympathy for our desperate situation and did not recognize or Expedia as the intermediary.

Boa localização, quarto poderia ser melhor
Boa lozalicação, próximo a Vila Madalena sem estar no meio da confusão. O quarto poderia estar em melhor estado. Piso de madeira remendado com durex, e detalhes de acabamento. Mas o principal é falta de cortina adequada. Tem uma porta de vidro que não é coberta bem por uma cortina, entrando muita luz no quarto pela manhã.
