Excellent location
Great location, near theaters right in Times Square. Very clean. Nice hotel, great breakfast and plenty of hot coffee in the morning!

Clean hotel, friendly staff. Had to wait a long time for elevators, ended up using the stairs at least once due to wait times.

Small Rooms, Crazy Elevator System
The room was VERY small, no closet, no robes, no space for 2 suitcases, and it was over $500 per night at Christmas time. The biggest complaint is the "smart" ELEVATOR system!! Using an iPad to select your floor, you would think it would "sense" that the elevator is at capacity and not stop at every other floor on way down. Great location, but would not stay here again. Breakfast needs cut fruit added.

NYC never a bad idea!
Good stay, the only issue was our room was so hot and the staff said they couldn’t really do anything about it… Fortunately we weren’t there very much but still… a lot of money for not optimal comfort. It’s a great location and overall the staff otherwise were helpful. I also am appealing to Hilton Honors or someone because my Hilton Honors number wasn’t recognized or honored. Hotels.com should figure this out please!

Elevators are a nightmare
Elevators are a night mare - you will wait upwards of 30 mins to just get on the elevator. If you have the option, ask for a lower floor so you can take the stairs if needed.

Great location. Clean rooms. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fine and there were options. The gym options werd better than a lit of competitors. The staff kept it stocked. Some staff in the dining room were great at cleaning up; some just stood around. I would definitely stay here again. They let us check in early which we appreciated. They were able to help us with car service to the so which we appreciated. Sometimes the elevator doors closed too quickly before you could get to it. The tv remote had a button about controlling the room temp but no instructions on how to do it. The fire alarm system worked but sometimes it was hard to understand the instructions.

Unfortunately, our stay that night was below average. Because they put us in a room. That was next to the laundry, so we had to go inside of a door to get inside of our room, which anyone could have been waiting in that hallway in that little space when we came out of our room and we would've never known and we were next to the laundry so we heard the laundry. Banging all night and the staff going in and out of the laundry room and they left a big laundry card in the middle of. I'm aware we came out of our door so it wasn't convenient and the room was extra tiny and tight. We had to leave our luggage in the restaurant. So anytime we have to go to the bathroom. We have to take the luggage out of the bathroom and then put it back in when we were done. It was very clean. The bed was comfortable. It was just average, unfortunately. For the price that I was charged. The only thing I did appreciate is that we were in the middle of Manhattan and so we were able to see Manhattan very easily and we went to a Broadway show and we got there very quickly so it was convenient. And it wasn't too far away from where we were going on our cruise.

Great Value!"
Great location but still quiet enough to sleep. Comfortable bed and pillows. The room was small ...typical for NYC, but the use of space was excellent. The rooftop bar is awesome! The only issue was the elevators. They just ran too slow and couldn't keep up with the amount of ppl needed to use it. Definitely would stay here again.
