Very good location; it’s a mid-range hotel, but I think the price per night is too high.

I would rate the hotel itself very good. The staff was excellent, the room was clean enough but obviously showing its age. The paint is peeling in places, a corner rim in the hallway was held on by painters tape. It’s conveniently located and different shops and restaurants are easily accessible.

4/10 Fair

Check-in was fine, room was very small and relatively clean although I found a lot of stray hairs on the bedding, which is a red flag for me. The bed is also just a mattress on springs, creaks every time you move and not super comfortable. Rooms are small and you can hear anyone in the hall or room next door. Loved hearing my neighbor announcing they were going for coffee at 5:30am. If you need a good night's sleep, this is not the hotel for you. Also extremely overpriced for what it is...

Staff was lovely, a very fair rate for NYC on a budget with a great Times Square/Theatre District location.

To say this hotel has a 4 star rating, the rooms present as a motel. Great location and the main entrance is inviting until you get to the rooms.

8/10 Very good

Room was nice, only on the 2nd floor so the street noise was pretty loud. Across the street from coffee and the tiniest walk to Times Square. Location is great, the bathroom wasn't the greatest, but it serves its purpose. The air conditioning was great! Beds were squeaky as they had iron frames, but again, the location was perfect! I would stay here again.

The staff was wonderful but the room and the bathroom were very small. The location was great and the food at the restaurant next door was very good.

I did not use any of the amenities because the lobby furniture was so filthy. There was no desire to sit and work from the co working areas. The bed was clean but very minimal carpet with stained badly. Definitely was not worth the cost in some ways. It was like staying at a youth hostel. Nothing against the staff they were very friendly of interacted with literally only used the place to sleep at night.

Great location, small rooms, air conditioning not cooling enough, friendly staff, overall it was a nice stay

This is a wonderful, affordable option in Times Square! We had an issue with the AC thermostat not adjusting, so it was too cold for us, but just running the fan was perfect. Not many frills in the room itself, but it was comfortable and convenient.
