Very friendly staff. The front desk attendant (Diana or Maria) was very kind and helpful. Even gave my daughter some fresh cookies at check in. Danny the floor attendant was kind and responsive. The OYO Times Square was ok. However the location the best! Right in the heart of Times Square! Being connected to Serendipity was a plus! Good value for the location. Rooms were very small and bathroom was even smaller! It was so small that I bumped my head on the wall getting off the toilet! The shower was so tiny! I would stay here again just because of the location!
