I would rate the hotel itself very good. The staff was excellent, the room was clean enough but obviously showing its age. The paint is peeling in places, a corner rim in the hallway was held on by painters tape. It’s conveniently located and different shops and restaurants are easily accessible.

I did not use any of the amenities because the lobby furniture was so filthy. There was no desire to sit and work from the co working areas. The bed was clean but very minimal carpet with stained badly. Definitely was not worth the cost in some ways. It was like staying at a youth hostel. Nothing against the staff they were very friendly of interacted with literally only used the place to sleep at night.

Room was nice, only on the 2nd floor so the street noise was pretty loud. Across the street from coffee and the tiniest walk to Times Square. Location is great, the bathroom wasn't the greatest, but it serves its purpose. The air conditioning was great! Beds were squeaky as they had iron frames, but again, the location was perfect! I would stay here again.

This is a wonderful, affordable option in Times Square! We had an issue with the AC thermostat not adjusting, so it was too cold for us, but just running the fan was perfect. Not many frills in the room itself, but it was comfortable and convenient.

This is not a 4 star hotel. Hotels.com are wrong. This is a 2 star hotel. I have stayed in better 2 star hotels but the location is great, it is safe, clean and staff are helpful. What it really needs is investment as it is tired. Broken window blinds and shower tiles need fixing. Given the outside noise some proper double glazing or triple glazing would help given the various work outside through the night. Also do not believe the concierge’s ideas on how long it takes to get to the airport (google shows the facts) or that the LIRR service is broken every Friday so you must use the hotel car. 🙄 💵💵

The room was small which is to be expected for a mid/budget hotel in Times Square. The room was clean but the bed was only a full and a bit uncomfortable. Could have upgraded to a bigger bed at the cost of $60 pp. the air conditioning was loud but it did a good job of cooling. The hotel is in a decent location and close to the many theaters. If you are looking for something a on the mid/budget side, it’s an ok choice.

Better options for price, book with caution. Some stuff is expected given the price but somethings are simply neglected by hotel staff. Room is very small, they tried to optimize every inch of the property to squeeze in as many guests as possible. Bed was comfy. Wifi okay. Water did get hot. AC was fine. No view despite having a window, I was staring at a wall. Hotel location is good if you aim to be in/near times square but perhaps not easy to find. You can hear your neighbors and people in hall because of thin walls. Thankfully I was in a room kind of away from times square but I imagine if you get a bad room it will suck. Hotel staff not kind/friendly/welcoming/helpful at all. Overall would pay a little more to be somewhere else.

There really aren't too many amenities but that is not why we chose this hotel. It was perfectly located for our needs (shows and shopping). The rooms are small so will probably need two rooms for a family of four, but I was able to get a last minute room for a great deal. Would definitely visit again.

The location was good. The room was poor in the following ways: very small; insufficient AC; very uncomfortable mattress; noisy box springs making it hard to sleep; tiny bathroom in which it was challenging to turn around; bad soundproofing where door closings in hallway was very loud making it hard to sleep. Great location if your going to Broadway Shows. Staff was friendly. Rooms are tiny but space is at a premium there. No fridge or way to get ice from what I could see if those are things you care about. Probably wouldn't stay there if I was with a family. But if you want to spend less on lodging and need something that gets the job done this is a great place. No issues with my AC or outside noise.
