Os quartos não possuem frigobar. Existe uma geladeira média localizada no térreo, que serve para todos os quartos. Enfim, não tenho uma água gelada para beber no quarto e a geladeira é altamente concorrida. Sem espaço. Fiz está colocação na recepção.

Pessimo não tem frigobar nos quartos, ar condicionado pessimo peguei um quarto quando cheguei o ar condicionado não funcionava avisei a recepção demoraram quatro horas pra nós trocarmos de quarto colocaram num quarto que o banheiro era um banheiro era um odor horrível 😩 tudo caro aí por cima até a piscina cobram a parte resumindo pessimo não indico! Nota 1

Insatisfação total!
Razoável, percebemos que o hotel precisa contratar mais funcionários e treinar melhor seus funcionários, ficamos insatisfeitos com o cervico prestado referente ao ( aceita Pet) pois achamos muito caro a taxa do pet que na verdade é uma diaria mais cara que dos humanos, o hotel não disponibiliza local Pet para os tutotes se alimentarem no café da manhã, porém " autoriza " que tomamos café na suite, mesmo icomofando os hospedes todas as manhãs do porque da bandeja e que não pode levar para a suite e o hospede tem de esplicar a autorização por conta do Pet todas as manhas, muito desagradável esta situação, não á guardanapo disponível para hospede que precisa se alimentar na suite, pois no ultimo dia tive de ter a atitude de pegar guardanapo em uma mesa, não disponibiliza talher e Sanches de açúcar suficientes na hora do café, não tem ajuda para o hospede que precisa ir com bandeja para a suíte, fui pegar agua na jarra a água estava suja, o aplicativo não é claro referente a taxa do pet, só fala que aceita pet, o hotel não disponibiliza de bebedouros e nem de alcool em gel, apenas no segundo dia me deram caminha para o pet e duas vazilhas de alimentos para pet e fois tapetes higiênicos, apenas depois de eu questionar a " taxa" pet, o quarto foi indevidamente limpo no terceiro dia não colocaram papel higiênico, não deram mais tspetes higiênico para o pet, e a piscina estava suja e não á duxa no local de piscina, e em nenhum momento vem nenhum funcionário oferecer nenhum cerviço.
