Check-in was pleasant. The owners are obviously taking care in the restoration of the property. Room to go, but a lot of progress already quite evident! Kudos to Management for making this a nice place to stay!

Clean and friendly
No frills hotel with cozy clean rooms. Exceptional front desk really cares about your stay. I stayed for 3 days while exporing the Chiricahua mountains. Will be back. Great restaurants nearby.

Functional clean room, great service and price
Gentleman at check in and out was extremely nice, courteous and efficient. Older room has had some good renovations. Room was basic, with everything in working order. Bed linens and towels super clean. Perfect place for my my one night stay.

Big, comfy bed. Clean, bug free.
I stayed here for one night. I came in the middle of the night from an airbnb that was full of bugs and dirty so these people saved my live. The room felt very clean, I didn't see even one bug. The bed was big and comfortable, the AC cool down the room good and fast. The couple working there, (probably the owners) were attentive and kind. I'd recommend this place and I'll come back if I need to stay again in Willcox.

The gentleman at the main office was very kind and welcoming. The area itself is seedy. The quality of room is as expected for a Motel 8. The beds were quite uncomfortable. Overall, it beat trying to find a campground in the dark.

Pleasantly pleased
We made a last minute trip for an urgent family matter. We didn't arrive until about 11:45 pm, the door was locked by then and I had to ring a bell to get our key. The man who answered the door was SO nice! I was really expecting a sleepy slightly grumpy person but he was very warm and welcoming. I had requested 2 queen beds if available and he let me know they were able to accommodate that request. When we walked into the room the first thing we noticed is how fresh and clean it smelled. This surprised us because it is an older motel. We stayed for 2 days and it didn't smell old or musty at any time. We have stayed in newer, more expensive hotels and motels that weren't this clean. Even the corners were clean. I know this shouldn't be considered a bonus but unfortunately we have come to expect dusty corners. Not here! The bedding was also crisp, clean and fresh! And the beds were made SO tight you could have bounced a quarter off of them! I was traveling with my mom who has cleaned rooms for a living before and knows what to look for. Ẁe were delighted with our room and our stay. I highly recommend staying at this motel. We will stay here again for sure! Thank you to the staff at Motel 8 Willcox.

Downtown Willcox proved to me very nice. Short walk to a wonderful mexican restaurant and super clean facilities at the motel made this trip great. Ice cold A/C, clean pool and fabulous staff. Cable TV left a lot to be desired but I guess thats how it is these days. Fully recommend!
