This property is nicely located, only two stops from the train terminal via tram. Sam was extremely helpful in giving us suggestions and details on how to get around. I did not realized this was a B&B until we arrived, but overall it was nice.

Walkable distance to center of Florence. Tram at the door when needed. However, nothing in the neighborhood; for coffee, a supermarket. The place needs a make-over. Old furniture, a very small room, bathroom outdated. Cleaning so, so. A serious investment for improvement is needed…

Needs signage inside. I had the worst room, near elevator, air conditioning and right off lobby. Beautiful shuttered windows opened to mini patio with brooms, ladders, hose, etc. Mid night mini fridge began making loud noise and had to find and unplug. Room itself nice. We had a terrible experience at the property, we were asked by the staff to be in two different rooms on two days so we had to waste time packing our suitcases each day. Our suitcases were moved to an open room which didn't have air-conditioning and despite our complaints and requests no resolution was provided. Worst experience and ruined our Florence vacation.

The centre of town is walkable in 15 mins and the bus and train stations are a 10 mins walk away. The decor and shower are slightly outdated, but the property is clean. The BIG problem came when we were given the wrong information (incorrect entry code) to the front door. It was VERY late at night and we were standing outside the property for at least 45 mins trying to get in touch with someone to help us. In the end it wasn't even the person in charge of the hotel who helped, but the bookings manager. We never received an apology.

NE RESERVEZ PAS À CET ENDROIT!!!!! C’est une arnaque! Nous nous sommes rendues à l’heure du check-in, donc 14h. J’avais reçu un courriel disant qu’il y aurait une femme de ménage pour nous accueillir et nous remettre la clé de notre chambre, mais finalement il n’y avait personne. Nous avons attendu plus d’une heure sur place, tenté de les appeler et leur écrire (aucune réponse)! D’autres « clients » sont arrivés, et eux s’étaient fait dire de prendre une des chambres libres (l’endroit est comme un long corridor de 7-8 chambres). Nous avons donc essayé les portes de chambres pour vérifier lesquelles étaient disponibles, et on a vite constaté qu’elles étaient presque toutes non occupées, mais surtout pleines de vidanges, très sales et évidemment très nauséabondes. L’endroit est comparable à un « crack house ». J’ai fait les démarches avec Expedia et ma banque pour me faire rembourser car j’ai dû me trouver autre chose à la dernière minute afin de pouvoir avoir un endroit où dormir. J’attends encore leur réponse.
