Nice room, nice staff, good location. Internet is a bit slow, breakfast is very simple, the window in our room lead to an indoor area that was a bit noise.

Ok for one night
The place is ok for just a night, you get what you pay. The breakfasts is right on. people friendly. just would be nice to have better explanation of rooms since beds are smaller than full but not twin.

I traveled with my son and daughter and this property offered rooms with three beds which was very convenient for us. The area has many opportunities for shopping and dining. We really enjoyed our stay.

6/10 Good

Nice little hotel, we only stayed for one night. Check in was ok and we had a lot of restaurants and little stores near by walking distance. The only bad experience was that at 10pm they started hammering down a room and we couldn’t sleep at all it literally lasted about 2 hours, horrible.

This is a great little nice hotel and nice bar on top flor but the neighborhood is just like in the street market area and people selling their stuff near the hotel. But not bad. Nice church next to the hotel.

Good value for money accommodation in Aguas Calientes Breakfast exceeded our expectations (juice, fruit, bread, cheese & ham, tomato & cucumber, coffee/tea all available) The shower was good (temperature and pressure) Do note that some rooms do not have windows

We got very disappointed with this hotel.

Budget and simple stay
The room was very simple which is what we needed. The shower wasn't steady but the staff tried their best to fix and it had improved it. We are upset that they moved us from queen size bed to 2 single beds. It was a mistake on their end. Maybe it's because we're two men and they did that as a result? For how much they charge, we can't really complain though. The staff is really nice!

It is a small town so one can easily walk to hotel. staffs are very kind but limited in English. They have to clear sign outside the door nor the address gaven to the web is clear, so it may takes one to find them with a little.effort
Samuel, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

It's a pretty simple hotel but the staff are nice and helpful. They accommodated every request and gave me a packed breakfast for my early morning tour. The breakfast is a simple continental breakfast. There is no heater, but they will give you super heavy blankets if you ask. The wifi in the rooms is pretty nonexistent but the signal in the lobby is good, so I ended up working in the lobby for two days. It's fairly quiet with a little street noise. FYI, the address on Expedia is incorrect, it's a few streets over from the map directions. You might want to contact them to get right address first so you don't wonder up and down streets like I did.
Tiffany, 4-night trip

2/10 Poor

Although we booked a queen size bed, we got 2 single beds. The rooms are very noisy and the curtains don’t block the light. Be advised, this is not sunlight (there is no window looking outside) but light of the hallway. As people go to Machu Picchu early, from 4AM there are a lot of people walking beside that window and using the stairs. There is NO warm (let alone hot) water. Breakfast is from 5-8AM They promised they would make a to-go breakfast, but that was not the case when we had to go to the bus (5AM).
