Fab hotel bang smack in the middle of city!
Fab hotel, convenient and staff are fab! Definitely recommend for a weekend in glasgow! Cheese & wine apperitif in the evening a nice touch!

We paid £50 for a box had it not been so late we would have gone elsewhere and that did not include any kind of breakfast it also cost us ten pounds for parking

Room is small but has everything I needed. I was in a double room on my own but I don't think it would be any use for a couple though.

Good location but would not return
Not sure what I expected for the price but certainly more than the glowing reviews indicated. At least you "got what you paid for". Location was great (just a block from the town center) but I would not recommend the Z for more than a brief pass-through stay. The room would be acceptable for one person but the floor space was too small to accommodate 2 carry-on bags. The bed was accessible from only one side and there was no table or chair suitable to use a laptop. The en suite was a tiny lightly frosted glass enclosure that did not extend to the ceiling giving almost no privacy. The lights kept shutting off as we were not told that you had to leave your room key inserted in a slot. On the positive, the place had just opened (Sept 2014) and was very clean. Time will tell if it remains so. I would not return but it may be fine if your needs are for something one notch above a hostel.
